Death to Comment Spam

Well, Google has finally done it: a way to deal with comment spam. I’m happy that they did this, and I can’t wait until Blogger (which is Google owned) to support automatically tagging links in comments as rel="nofollow".

Update: For those using Movable Type, they now have a rel="nofollow" plugin (more information on Six Log). Support is also coming from Yahoo and MSN.
