I find it sad people go to the Associated Press for their news. Sure, its somewhat useful for American news, but anything with outside influence, they are completely and absolutely clueless. Case in point: they are now reporting that anime is catching on in North America.

I know people my age who grew up watching anime on American television (such as the super horrible bad Dragonball and Dragonball Z, which has been airing on Cartoon Network since the dawn of time); and now kids are growing up with the Pokemon generation of show, including Yu-gi-oh and Duel Masters. Get with the times, AP.
