Who didn’t see this one coming? Kotaku is reporting that an investment bank (who bought us$44 million of stock) is now suing the console manufacturer Infinium, creator of the non-existant gaming platform Phantom, for failure to make Phantom hop off the drawing board and onto retail shelves. Infinium’s Phantom is almost as infamous as 3DRealms’s Duke Nukem Forever; both products getting numours vaporware awards, and being subject of many Penny Arcade strips.
