Sunday, November 28th, 2004 at 6:01 pmHelium 3 reactions requires deuterium (an isotope of hydrogen) to react and release energy; I wonder how much deuterium this method would produce. Even if it didn’t produce much, the hydrogen itself could be used as a cheap, clean, and abundant fuel source. I wonder if hydrogen and helium 3 reactors will be common place five or ten years from now.
